Taxes and Shipping

The customer shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges related to the purchase of products from the KATO online shop.

Delivery Dates

Our delivery of online products is handled by United Parcel Service. Since their delivery may be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond their control, they cannot guaranty delivery dates, and so, KATO is unable to guaranty delivery dates

Refund Policy

Refunds of any KATO services or products will be considered on a case by case basis, and in accordance with applicable laws governing refunds. KATO stands behind the quality of any services or products we offer and will refund payments for any services or products that fail to meet our high standards. Refunds for trade show booth space must be made within 30 days of the date of the event.
